On Wednesday, December 18, @ 6 pm, California will launch its E-Bike Incentive Program application. The E-Bike Incentive Program provides up to $2000 for residents to purchase an E-Bike and its accessories. This program is available to California Residents ages 18 or older with a qualifying household income of 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) or less who complete the application and receive an approval notification via email. Two things that people should have access to digitally when they fill out the application are their proof of California residency and proof of income eligibility.
